The House of Flowers and Gifts is located on Main Street in Phoenixville. Kathy Labik Tarlecki is the proprietor and has been in the floral business for more than fifteen years. Kathy is a local girl, born and raised in Phoenixville, she is married to husband Al and has two children. A wonderful scent of freshly cut flowers and bouquets will greet you as you enter the front door. Small gift items, arrangements, fruit baskets, candy, and holiday ornaments, are just a small sample of the product line at House of Flowers and Gifts. The current hours of operation are 9-5 Monday thru Friday, and as the holiday season approaches, the hours of operation will increase. Flowers can also be sent by FTD or Teleflora, so call for details. Kathy strives to make sure that her customers are completely satisfied, because to her customer service is the number one priority.
