Jane Tucker is a co-owner and the Business Manager of Steel City Coffeehouse located on Bridge Street in Phoenixville. Steel City opened up for business back in November of 2002. Jane has been a local resident of Phoenixville since the mid eighties, but was born and raised in Windsor, New York, and she graduated from Valley Forge Christian College. Steel City is not your typical coffeehouse, there are so many things going on at this establishment, including nightly entertainment by some of the area’s finest musicians, also a cyber café is in the works, and should be available in the near future. The menu consists of Gourmet Coffee, Cappuccino Specials, Teas, Chai, Bagels, Fresh Pastries, Whole Bean Coffee, Hot and Cold Beverages, and Lite Fare such as Wraps and Sandwiches. This local hangout has built up quite a few loyal patrons, especially during the weekend, when the place is usually packed. Steel City Coffeehouse is a member of The Phoenixville Area Chamber of Commerce.
